I have been baking ever so regularly for almost 2 years now and have come to find that I use it as my own therapy.
It takes my time of things, it makes others happy, I relax. If it wasn't for biscuits, I would probably lie in bed in a cold and dark room feeling sorry for myself.
What I am trying to say is, there are many different coping strategies, finding the right hobby is by far the most important! The problem won't go away if you sleep all day! Take the day and make it yours! When you open your eyes to new things anything can happen!
